- Your customers pay you by UPI, straight to your bank. Orderzo is never in the payment path and takes nothing from your sales.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan stays free as long as you take 10 or fewer orders a month. No card is needed and nothing is ever charged automatically.
Monthly or annual?
Annual (₹3,999 a year) costs ₹189 less than twelve months of monthly (₹349 a month). Both are one-time payments for the period you choose.
What happens when my Pro period ends?
Pro is a one-time payment — we don’t store your card and we never charge you automatically. Your expiry date is shown in Settings, so you can renew from there if you want to keep Pro. If you don’t renew, Pro features stay on for 3 more days after the expiry date, then your account moves to the Free plan. For refunds, see the Refund Policy.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Start the Free plan with just your phone number. UPI, debit card or net banking work when you upgrade to Pro.
Does Orderzo take a commission on my sales?
No. Your customers pay you by UPI, straight to your bank account. Orderzo is never in the payment path. Razorpay is used only to collect Orderzo’s own Pro fee.
