Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Your shop link opens in any phone browser. They pick items, choose delivery or pickup, and place the order — no app, no sign-up.
Who actually sends the WhatsApp message — me or Orderzo?
You do, from your own number. Orderzo prepares the bill and opens WhatsApp with it ready to send, so the message comes from you and your customer replies to you.
How does payment work?
Your customer pays you by UPI, straight into your bank account. They can tap “I’ve paid” on their order page, which shows to you as Customer says paid — a claim. You check your own UPI app and confirm, and only then is it Paid.
What happens when my Pro period ends?
Pro is a one-time payment for the period you choose. We don’t store your card and never charge you again. Your expiry date is in Settings; if you don’t renew, Pro features stay on for a short grace period and then your account moves to Free.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export your customers and orders whenever you like, and delete your account yourself from Settings.
