Orderzo gives a business one place to run every order from start to finish — what came in, what needs doing next, what’s been paid, and who the customer is.
The idea
Orders are the core.
An order comes in; money comes back. Everything in between — making it, handing it over, getting paid, the customer who comes back — belongs to that order.
Orderzo keeps all of it with the order, in your own words, whether you take orders or send bills. Customers, your item list, your storefront, payments, repeat orders and reports are there to support the orders — not the other way round.
How we’re built
Structural, not promotional.

- Your customers pay you by UPI, straight to your bank account. Orderzo is never in the payment path, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of.

- No investors, no board. Orderzo answers to the people who pay for it.

A note from Chetan.
I’m an engineer. I went looking for one place to run every order — from the moment it comes in to the moment it’s paid — and it didn’t exist. So owners end up being the glue between five apps and a notebook.
Every business runs on orders. Running one shouldn’t take five apps.
Orderzo is the tool I couldn’t find: every order, start to finish, in one place.

Your data
Where your data is.
Your business data is stored in India — Orderzo's database and files live in Mumbai, and the app's server code runs there too. Some things sit outside India: pages and images are served from a global network, and some providers we use — email, error monitoring, the optional photo import — may process data outside India. The Privacy Policy lists them.
